I've been a customer of Excel Invest Inc. for many years with a mortgage product account. On December 21, 2024, I noticed discovered hidden fees on my statement. When I contacted customer service, Gino L. was unable to explain these charges and refused to remove them despite them being clearly erroneous. I am asking Excel Invest Inc. to make this right by resolve the technical issues.

It's now been 10 days since my initial complaint, and Excel Invest Inc. still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their premium account.
