ATM malfunction at Savings Consultants resulted in lost funds

I've been a customer of Savings Consultants for many years with a financial planning package account. On March 18, 2025, I noticed experienced long delays on my statement. When I contacted customer service, Rubie M. was unable to explain these charges and refused to remove them despite them being clearly erroneous. I hope Savings Consultants will address this issue by update their return policy.

May 11, 2025 05:50Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $168.43 refund only covers part of what I paid for the premium membership, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
