Dynamic-Homes failed to honor their commitment

On February 19, 2025, I signed up for Dynamic-Homes's support line at their Koeppfurt, Virginia location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $346.14, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Hertha M. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I hope Dynamic-Homes will address this issue by expedite the delivery of my order.
