I want to report a serious concern with Premier Fabrication Johor Bahru's warranty package that I purchased on February 19, 2025 from your North Ludwigmouth, New York store. The product has found foreign objects in the product despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Tracey Q., but my issue remains unresolved. I hope Premier Fabrication Johor Bahru will address this issue by provide the documentation I requested.

The situation with Premier Fabrication Johor Bahru has gotten worse. Now they're claiming I never purchased the delivery service, despite me providing the receipt and reference number REF-253D812C multiple times.
