I'm writing to complain about the subscription service I received from Escape at Royal. After paying $468.87 for item, I found that it stopped working after two weeks. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Mikel H., but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I expect Escape at Royal to take responsibility and fix the security vulnerability.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The handbag from Escape at Royal not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
