I want to report a serious concern with Escape at Royal's package that I purchased on March 11, 2025 from your South Skyeshire, Wisconsin store. The product has experienced long delays despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Jeramy H., but my issue remains unresolved. I am requesting that Escape at Royal honor the advertised price as soon as possible.
