Complaint Details

On April 4, 2025, I signed up for Paradise Inn & Properties's support line at their Maymieshire, Montana location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $994.97, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Sophie B. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I am asking Paradise Inn & Properties to make this right by provide a full refund.

It's now been 9 days since my initial complaint, and Paradise Inn & Properties still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their loyalty program.
