Delayed delivery from Paradise Inn & Properties

I am writing regarding order #ORD-1416-LUI-4654 placed with Paradise Inn & Properties on May 20, 2025. I paid $122.59 for system, but when it arrived, I discovered is missing essential components. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Wellington R. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I would like Paradise Inn & Properties to implement better quality control.
