Recurring has a manufacturing defect with Paradise Inn & Properties package

On March 18, 2025, I signed up for Paradise Inn & Properties's installation service at their Jaquelintown, Alabama location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $597.1, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Rogers L. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I would like Paradise Inn & Properties to cancel my account without penalty.
