Credit card dispute with National Finance

I applied for a investment advice with National Finance on April 26, 2025 and was assured by Hans C. that I was approved. I planned my finances accordingly, but after received poor customer service, I was suddenly informed that my application was denied. This has caused significant financial hardship and embarrassment. I would like National Finance to adjust my account balance.
