I'm writing to complain about the premium support I received from United-Development. After paying $651.49 for item, I found that it was billed multiple times. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Robin Y., but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I am requesting that United-Development fix their misleading advertising as soon as possible.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, United-Development has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their repair service.
