I purchased a device from Expert Build Quebec City on January 2, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced was overcharged for basic service. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Lynn S. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I hope Expert Build Quebec City will address this issue by train their staff to be more professional.

Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $145.55 refund only covers part of what I paid for the consultation service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
