I'm writing to complain about the maintenance plan I received from Metal Solutions Holdings. After paying $435.51 for accessory, I found that it experienced website errors. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Icie M., but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I am asking Metal Solutions Holdings to make this right by improve their customer service training.

It's now been 13 days since my initial complaint, and Metal Solutions Holdings still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their professional setup.
