Complaint Details

I have been a loyal customer of Metal Solutions Holdings for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered product (order #ORD-2553-TEY-3290) on March 24, 2025, and have encountered found unauthorized charges. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I hope Metal Solutions Holdings will address this issue by update their return policy.

After speaking with Robert Thompson from the Consumer Affairs at Metal Solutions Holdings, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
