Unresolved issue with Ultra-Materials Daegu Group unit

On January 28, 2025, I signed up for Ultra-Materials Daegu Group's installation service at their Lake Baylee, Maryland location. I was told that the service would include accessory, but after paying $139.29, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Bradford J. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I am asking Ultra-Materials Daegu Group to make this right by honor the warranty.
