I want to report a serious concern with The Classic Retreat's device that I purchased on March 8, 2025 from your West Caleborough, Florida store. The product has received poor customer service despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Federico W., but my issue remains unresolved. I would like The Classic Retreat to provide a full refund.
