I purchased a product from Accommodations at Classic on April 18, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced doesn't work as advertised. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Liliane K. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I expect Accommodations at Classic to take responsibility and implement better quality control.

Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $124.25 refund only covers part of what I paid for the professional setup, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
