Complaint Details

I purchased a accessory from Machine & Industries International on March 25, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced found unauthorized charges. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Ollie P. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I am asking Machine & Industries International to make this right by ensure this doesn't happen to other customers.
