Machine & Industries International failed to honor their commitment

On April 11, 2025, I signed up for Machine & Industries International's warranty service at their Port Chadrickview, Arizona location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $148.31, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Adah L. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I expect Machine & Industries International to take responsibility and expedite the delivery of my order.
