On February 20, 2025, I signed up for Builders Enterprises Geelong's customer service at their Juliatown, Rhode Island location. I was told that the service would include system, but after paying $354.86, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Audreanne K. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I hope Builders Enterprises Geelong will address this issue by remove the unauthorized charges.
