Refund refused by Tele-Tel
Complaint Details
I want to report a serious concern with Tele-Tel's mobile phone that I purchased on April 20, 2025 from your Lake Emmett, Florida store. The product has is not compatible as claimed despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Gretchen W., but my issue remains unresolved. I would like Tele-Tel to resolve the technical issues.

May 19, 2025 05:21It's now been 13 days since my initial complaint, and Tele-Tel still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their training session.
