Warranty claim denied by United-Builders

I purchased a warranty package from United-Builders on February 19, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced frequent disconnections. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Chyna W. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I hope United-Builders will address this issue by issue a formal apology.
