Disappointed with Design Company Tangerang customer service

I have been a loyal customer of Design Company Tangerang for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered membership (order #ORD-2120-RBV-3605) on December 7, 2024, and have encountered was transferred multiple times without resolution. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I am asking Design Company Tangerang to make this right by resolve the technical issues.

May 07, 2025 05:49I want to acknowledge that Design Company Tangerang has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $456.96 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $456.96 for a gaming console that never worked properly.
