I want to report a serious concern with Design Company Tangerang's device that I purchased on February 27, 2025 from your North Emmieland, California store. The product has received incorrect information despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Quinton B., but my issue remains unresolved. I hope Design Company Tangerang will address this issue by provide the documentation I requested.
