I purchased a mobile phone from GlobalPhone Mobile LLC on March 12, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced has a manufacturing defect. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Rafael S. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I expect GlobalPhone Mobile LLC to take responsibility and adjust my account balance.

May 26, 2025 05:42I want to acknowledge that GlobalPhone Mobile LLC has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $138.64 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $138.64 for a microwave that never worked properly.
