I am writing regarding order #ORD-8528-GGT-3872 placed with GlobalPhone Mobile LLC on May 7, 2025. I paid $449.42 for SIM card, but when it arrived, I discovered was promised features that don't exist. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Theodore K. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I expect GlobalPhone Mobile LLC to take responsibility and issue a formal apology.

May 13, 2025 05:27I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The air purifier from GlobalPhone Mobile LLC not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
