I'm writing to complain about the maintenance plan I received from Modern Engineering & Sons. After paying $699.43 for service plan, I found that it had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Adah S., but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I hope Modern Engineering & Sons will address this issue by provide the promised service.

It's now been 13 days since my initial complaint, and Modern Engineering & Sons still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their premium account.
