I'm writing to complain about the satellite service I received from VelocityTel Mobile. After paying $692.02 for router, I found that it received conflicting information from representatives. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Lambert S., but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I expect VelocityTel Mobile to take responsibility and provide the documentation I requested.
