Frustrated with SpectrumData Solutions's lack of response

I have been a loyal customer of SpectrumData Solutions for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered wireless plan (order #ORD-8327-RTA-4265) on January 5, 2025, and have encountered is not compatible as claimed. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I would like SpectrumData Solutions to improve their customer service training.
