Poor customer service experience with SpectrumMobile

I have been a loyal customer of SpectrumMobile for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered cable TV bundle (order #ORD-5600-TMX-5689) on March 2, 2025, and have encountered was transferred multiple times without resolution. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I would like SpectrumMobile to adjust my account balance.

May 10, 2025 05:17I want to acknowledge that SpectrumMobile has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $36.14 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $36.14 for a furniture set that never worked properly.
