Security concern with SpectrumMobile service

I have been a loyal customer of SpectrumMobile for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered cable TV bundle (order #ORD-8675-KSO-5975) on February 4, 2025, and have encountered couldn't access my account. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I am requesting that SpectrumMobile replace the defective product as soon as possible.
