SpectrumMobile provided defective internet package
Complaint Details
I have been a loyal customer of SpectrumMobile for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered streaming device (order #ORD-3645-NLV-9512) on February 7, 2025, and have encountered was promised features that don't exist. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I hope SpectrumMobile will address this issue by train their staff to be more professional.
