Frustrated with Premier Renovations's lack of response

On December 22, 2024, I signed up for Premier Renovations's return policy at their Yundtfort, Mississippi location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $836.99, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Zetta K. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I am asking Premier Renovations to make this right by make their terms and conditions clearer.

May 02, 2025 05:59I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The camera from Premier Renovations not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
