I'm writing to complain about the family plan I received from MobileWireless. After paying $701.64 for router, I found that it had my personal information compromised. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Camila D., but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I am asking MobileWireless to make this right by implement better quality control.
