Frustrated with MobileNet Fiber's lack of response

I'm writing to complain about the internet service I received from MobileNet Fiber. After paying $762.5 for mobile phone, I found that it encountered rude staff. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Aleen G., but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I hope MobileNet Fiber will address this issue by improve their customer service training.
