CommCom Florence failed to honor their commitment

I have been a loyal customer of CommCom Florence for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered mobile phone (order #ORD-4973-OLN-4970) on January 16, 2025, and have encountered was overcharged for basic service. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I expect CommCom Florence to take responsibility and extend my warranty period.

May 13, 2025 05:26I want to acknowledge that CommCom Florence has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $302.67 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $302.67 for a vacuum cleaner that never worked properly.
