I have been a loyal customer of CommCom Florence for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered satellite dish (order #ORD-8204-BIV-4561) on April 11, 2025, and have encountered was damaged upon delivery. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I expect CommCom Florence to take responsibility and improve their customer service training.
