I have been a loyal customer of CommCom Florence for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered satellite dish (order #ORD-2993-SDB-9277) on May 18, 2025, and have encountered encountered rude staff. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I expect CommCom Florence to take responsibility and honor the advertised price.

I want to acknowledge that CommCom Florence has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $225.72 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $225.72 for a air purifier that never worked properly.
