I want to report a serious concern with Signal Networks's satellite dish that I purchased on January 29, 2025 from your Lake Taylor, Montana store. The product has was damaged upon delivery despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Emmalee F., but my issue remains unresolved. I am asking Signal Networks to make this right by fix their misleading advertising.

An update to my situation: I've now spoken with three different representatives from Signal Networks, and each has given me conflicting information about how to resolve the issue with my microwave. This is extremely frustrating.
