I am writing regarding order #ORD-0487-YEI-3379 placed with Signal Networks on March 9, 2025. I paid $458.76 for wireless plan, but when it arrived, I discovered has a manufacturing defect. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Kamron H. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter. I am requesting that Signal Networks provide the documentation I requested as soon as possible.
