I purchased a SIM card from Signal Networks on April 16, 2025. Shortly after using it, I experienced received incorrect information. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Cordie B. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I am asking Signal Networks to make this right by reimburse me for additional expenses.
