Unresolved issue with MobileCell Broadband Corp. streaming device

I have been a loyal customer of MobileCell Broadband Corp. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered router (order #ORD-0671-GZP-0212) on February 7, 2025, and have encountered was damaged upon delivery. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I am asking MobileCell Broadband Corp. to make this right by fix the billing error.
