I'm writing to complain about the family plan I received from Cast Services. After paying $756.23 for mobile phone, I found that it received conflicting information from representatives. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Sadie D., but have not received a satisfactory resolution. I expect Cast Services to take responsibility and deliver the missing items.
