Complaint Details

I have been a loyal customer of Premier Contractors & Sons Corp. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered unit (order #ORD-0452-TPR-4347) on March 31, 2025, and have encountered was damaged upon delivery. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I would like Premier Contractors & Sons Corp. to expedite the delivery of my order.

Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $23.97 refund only covers part of what I paid for the priority service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
