Refund refused by NetVoice Solutions Ltd.
Complaint Details
On March 19, 2025, I signed up for NetVoice Solutions Ltd.'s fiber optic at their Yvettebury, Utah location. I was told that the service would include internet package, but after paying $795.74, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Dennis W. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns. I hope NetVoice Solutions Ltd. will address this issue by cancel my account without penalty.
