I have been a loyal customer of NetData Enterprises for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered satellite dish (order #ORD-4961-JPQ-6432) on March 9, 2025, and have encountered was overcharged for basic service. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I am requesting that NetData Enterprises deliver the missing items as soon as possible.
