I have been a loyal customer of Engineering Bros for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered package (order #ORD-0709-NCL-5719) on January 27, 2025, and have encountered had allergic reaction not warned about. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I would like Engineering Bros to replace the defective product.

I've received an email from Rowan Lewis at Engineering Bros offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The laptop was clearly defective from the start.
