Overcharged by Global.Cloud Inc. for family plan

I have been a loyal customer of Global.Cloud Inc. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered satellite dish (order #ORD-3158-RSG-8870) on February 17, 2025, and have encountered was denied a refund. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I am requesting that Global.Cloud Inc. remove the unauthorized charges as soon as possible.

May 16, 2025 05:51I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The coffee maker from Global.Cloud Inc. not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
