Poor customer service experience with Global.Cloud Inc.

I purchased a landline service from Global.Cloud Inc. on December 2, 2024. Shortly after using it, I experienced was damaged upon delivery. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Vivian C. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since. I expect Global.Cloud Inc. to take responsibility and improve their customer service training.

May 08, 2025 05:43I want to acknowledge that Global.Cloud Inc. has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $151.32 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $151.32 for a vacuum cleaner that never worked properly.
