I have been a loyal customer of Architecture Bros for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered equipment (order #ORD-3168-ARO-8469) on April 15, 2025, and have encountered experienced website errors. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me. I am requesting that Architecture Bros extend my warranty period as soon as possible.
